BIGAY BUHAY PROGRAM: Senator Richard J. Gordon (Ind.) turns over to the Olongapo City Local Government headed by Mayor James “Bong” Gordon, equipment (welding machines, computers, safety equipments) for the livelihood training center. The skills training center that the senator helped establish by allocating funds from his Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) through his Bigay Buhay para sa Bagumbayan Program, already has 10,818 graduates of various skills and livelihood training programs. The event was done a day before the senator’s birthday at the Olongapo City Convention Center.
