TEARS OF JOY: An elderly woman can not help it but cry from happiness after receiving a wheel chair during the Tulong-Gulong Program of Senator Bong Revilla and wife Lani Mercado-Revilla held recently at the Aniban Central School in Bacoor, Cavite . At least 50 wheelchairs and 10 pairs of crutches were given to adults and children with disabilities at a ceremony which coincided with the birthday of the lawmaker’s daughter, Maria Victoria Gianna. Instead of holding an expensive party, the celebrant chose to participate in the program and spend her birthday with persons with disabilities (PWDs).
