AMENDMENTS TO DPWH BUDGET: Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile and Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri look at Atty. Yolanda Doblon, Director General of the Senate Legislative Budget Research and Monitoring Office (LBRMO) as she is placed under oath during the adjudicatory hearing of the Committee of the Whole today, August 25. Doblon said that a certain Mr. Adriano “discussed and enumerated” amendments to the 2008 DPWH Budget in the presence of Senator Villar.
