FROM KUWAIT: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada listens as Edgar Basilio (in black, beside Sen. Estrada) recounts how they suffered the harsh conditions in Kuwait after their employer and their recruitment agencies denied them of their salaries, food and other basic provisions. Basilio, along with thirteen OFWs repatriated from Kuwait last September 05, paid Sen. Estrada a visit to personally thank him for the assistance extended to them.
