KAAGAPAY SA ARAW NG PANGANGAILANGAN: Senator Bong Revilla gives rice, grocery and monetary assistance to a victim of the recent landslide in Silang, Cavite during his “Kaagapay sa Araw ng Pangangailangan” (KAP) relief operation held at the Anahaw Covered Court in Barangay Anahaw Uno, Silang last September 14. To further address calamity problems that the country regularly faces, Revilla filed the Philippine Disaster Risk Management Bill to decentralize disaster management strategies down to the barangay level for more expeditious and coordinated response to calamities and disasters.
