GORDON AT SINGKABAN FESTIVAL: Senator Richard J. Gordon (Ind.) applauded the people of Bulacan for their successful celebration of the 2009 Singkaban Fiesta held at the Bulacan Sports Complex in Malolos, Bulacan. Activities for the week-long celebration included the Indakan sa Kalye and Pasiklaban 2009, a fireworks competition. In his keynote speech, Gordon urged Bulakenos to promote the province’s rich heritage in culture and its numerous historical sites to ensure a thriving tourism industry for Bulacan.
