PAIN RELIEVER: Senator Bong Revilla provides a happy moment to the residents of Angono, Rizal who were displaced by flood waters at the height of Tropical Storm “Ondoy”. Revilla immediately activated his “Kaagapay sa Araw ng Pangangailangan” (KAP) relief operation in affected areas where he personally distributed rice, water and grocery packs.
