Del Monte, Quezon City during the wrath of Tropical Storm “Ondoy”. Revilla is continuously doing relief efforts thru his “Kaagapay sa Araw ng Pangangailangan (KAP)” donation drive in flood-affected areas in the National Capital Region and the provinces.
