BATANGAS LIBERALS: Liberal President Sen. Mar Roxas swears in former National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) chief Ralph Recto, Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos and Vice Governor Mark Leviste as new Liberals during simple ceremonies Tuesday at the Provincial Capitol grounds. Recto is part of the people’s reform senatorial ticket of the Liberal Party while Santos and Leviste will lead the party’s provincial candidates.
