Sixto Brillantes, Jr. engage in a brief conversation during a break of the hearing of the Commission on Appointments which tackles the ad interim appointment of the latter as Chairman of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Wednesday afternoon. Due to unresolved issues on his nomination, the committee is set to continue its hearing next week, September 21, 2011.
