COMMEMORATIVE STAMP OF SPEAKER LAUREL: Sen. Manny Villar, Nacionalista Party president and chairman of the Speaker Laurel Memorial Foundation and the family of the late Speaker Jose Laurel launched recently the commemorative stamps honoring the late Speaker. The launch coincided with the 100th birthday of Laurel, the only Filipino leader elected thrice as Speaker of the House of Representatives.
