PIMENTEL ATTENDS LEAGUE OF MUNICIPALITIES CONFERENCE: Senator Koko Pimentel speaks before the participants of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) Visayas Island Cluster Conference held at the Oxford Hotel in Clark, Pampanga, Wednesday, September 10.
