HONORING SENATOR FLAVIER, DOCTOR TO THE BARRIOS: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon and Acting Minority Leader Sen. Tito Sotto III present to Ms. Susan Javier, wife of the late Sen. Juan M. Flavier, and son Dr. Jonathan David Flavier, a copy of Senate Resolution No.1014, which expressed the Senate’s “profound sympathy and sincere condolence” on Flavier’s passing during the necrological service held at the Senate on Monday morning, November 17, 2014.
