DRILON JOINS INT'L LAW DEANS MEET: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon urges the law deans of local and foreign academic institutions to think as 'global citizens' and help enhance the role of law and the rule of law in light of the rise of transnational criminal activity during his speech at the 6th Law Deans Meeting of the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU), hosted by the University of the Philippines (UP) on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City. "We should identify solutions and seek to solve them by communicating as a community and sharing our experiences with one another. When we help and identify with each other, the attainment of peace, order and security is not impossible," Drilon said. (PRIB Photo by Cesar Tomambo/ November 12, 2015)
