BOCAUE RIVER DREDGING OPERATIONS WELL UNDERWAY: BOCAUE, BULACAN--Senator Joel Villanueva on Saturday leads the dredging operations on Bocaue River to address the perennial flooding in Bocaue, Meycauayan, Sta. Maria, Obando and Marilao. Senator Villanueva, who hails from Bulacan, has emphasized the need to fast-track the flood control project which is believed to increase the carrying capacity and flood spill of the river.
