Senate Honors Late Cong. Raul Del Mar: Senate Majority Leader Migz Zubiri expresses condolences to the family of Cebu City North District Rep. Raul del Mar as the Senate resumes its hybrid plenary session tackling the proposed P4.506 trillion budget for next year, Tuesday, November 17, 2020. “Cong. Raul del Mar was a dear friend to myself and to my father, as well as her daughter, Cutie, a good family friend as well. Our deepest condolences to the family,” Zubiri said.
