TURN-OVER OF FERTILIZER FUND SCAM RECORDS: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon and Senate Committee on Agriculture and Food Chairman Ramon B. Magsaysay, Jr. turn over authenticated committee records, including public hearing transcripts, Commission on Audit reports and other official documents relating to the Senate inquiry on the fertilizer fund scam to Asst. Ombudsman Arthur Carandang. The turnover of voluminous record will aid the Ombudsman in its investigation into the alleged misuse of the P728 million fund intended for the farmers.
