The Grupo das Mulheres Parlamentares de Timor-Leste (GMPTL), a group that seeks to raise awareness of issues that impact on gender and the strengthening of women’s role in parliament, is in Manila for a 7-day study visit of the Magna Carta of Women and other gender concerns in the Philippines .
