GORDON CONGRATULATES BIGAY-BUHAY GRADUATES: Senator Richard J. Gordon, chairman of the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC), greets and shakes the hands of trainees who completed a welding skills training course under the Bigay-Buhay sa Bagumbayan Livelihood Program by the PNRC in Olongapo City. A total of 40 trainers and 700 trainees were given certificates of completion and appreciation, respectively, for finishing their welding, computer, language, and livelihood skills training.
