STRENGTHENING THE FIELD OF CIVIL ENGINEERING: Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV, chair of the Committee on Civil Service and Government Reorganization conduct a hearing on SBN 2109, which seeks to professionalize the practice of Civil Engineering in the Philippines. The bill aims to enable civil engineers to cope with challenges brought about by globalization and cross-border practices, and to continually upgrade the level of competence of those in the field of Civil Engineering.
