ANGARA PLEDGES P15M FOR OUTSTANDING COUNCILORS: Senator Edgardo J. Angara signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines and the Philippine Councilors League (PCL), pledging P1.5 million each, or a total of P15 million, for the next batch of awardees of The Outstanding Councilors of the Philippines (TOCP).
