LEGARDA KEYNOTES AT WORKSHOP FOR CDO RIVER BASIN: Senator Loren Legarda, Chair of the Committee on Climate Change, keynotes at the Collaboration Workshop for the Cagayan de Oro River Basin held at the Mallberry Suites Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
