2015 APEC FORUM: Japan’s First Lady Akie Abe gives Senator Loren Legarda organic rice that she planted and harvested from her farm and her book on rice. Senator Legarda and Mrs. Abe met at the sidelines of the 2015 APEC Forum. They agreed that there should be an exchange of knowledge between Philippines and Japan in terms of organic rice farming.
