#EVERYWOMAN: Senator Risa Hontiveros delivers a privilege speech during plenary session, Tuesday, October 4, 2016. In her speech, Hontiveros said that playing a video of Senator Leila De Lima during the House of Representative’s investigation on the illegal drug trade at the National Bilibid Prison was a state-sponsored assault on women, and a violation of the Anti-Photo and Voyeurism Act and the Anti-Wiretapping Act. "If the good representatives in the House pursue that, they would also be violating a time-honored tradition of affording fellow and sitting legislators inter-parliamentary courtesy," Hontiveros said.
